Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Send us an email and tell us what's wrong with your order
In the email, provide us with the order number
State whether you would like a full refund or store credit, and create a shipping label
Send all items back to us using the label created.
Your refund or store credit should arrive between 3-5 business days
Customer is responsible for shipping costs of the returned item.
If you do receive an item that is damaged, we will pay for the shipping label.
Lost or damaged items will not be refunded

Do you provide International delivery?
We offer international shipping/delivery via USPS with three available options: First Class Package International (7-21 days), Priority Mail International (6-10 days), and Priority Mail Express International (3-5 business days).
What are your delivery options?
We offer domestic and international shipping. Domestic includes First class (3-5 business days), Priority (1-3 business days), and Priority Mail Express (1-2 Days). For international see answer above.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the order, as long as the item has no signs of wear and is returned in its original packaging with tags still on. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number that you can use to track your order via the courier's site.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
All items are handmade, therefore processing time can be anywhere between 1-7 business days. Although we do our best to ship them as soon as possible!
How do I return an item?
If there is an issue with your order, please send us an email that you would like to return the item. In the email, please include your order number and please state whether you would like a refund or store credit.
